Ing. Felix Gavor is a highly accomplished engineering executive with over 21 years of experience in electrical infrastructure, power systems, oil and gas, solar and energy project management. He currently serves as the General Manager of Africano Electro, where he provides strategic leadership and oversees the execution of high-value energy projects. Under his management, the company has successfully secured and delivered major contracts totaling over $84 million, including a $35 million substation, a $27 million switching station, and $22 million in interconnection works.
With a strong international background spanning West Africa and the Middle East, Ing. Gavor has expertise in large-scale project acquisition, quality assurance, and renewable energy solutions. He has held key roles such as General Manager, Project Manager, Project Lead, Site Engineer, Electrical Engineer Supervisor and Quality Control Engineer, contributing to the design and construction of critical infrastructure like 50/65MVA substations and solar projects.
Ing. Gavor holds advanced qualifications, including an LLM/MA in Energy Law, an MBA in Energy and Sustainability, a Master’s in Project Management, and certifications in Strategic Management and Energy Audit. His unique blend of technical, legal, and managerial expertise allows him to navigate complex challenges in the energy sector.
He is a senior member of prestigious professional institutions, including the Ghana Institution of Engineering (GHIE), IEEE, and the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) USA. Over his career, Ing.
